TRIZETTO AND TELADOC TEAM TO HELP BENEFITS ADMINISTRATORS EXPAND MEMBER ACCESS TO PHYSICIANS
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. ,May 19, 2008, – The TriZetto Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZIX) today announced a distribution alliance with TelaDoc Medical Services to provide TriZetto’s benefits administrator customers with affordable, telephone access to TelaDoc’s national network of board-certified, licensed
primary care physicians (PCPs) who are trained and experienced with telehealth services. With a national network of state-licensed PCPs, TelaDoc consulting physicians diagnose non-emergency medical problems and recommend treatment. This telehealth service ensures access to care 24 hours a
day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
TelaDoc brings to six the number of vendor partners that have joined the TriZetto Premier Partnership Program. The program offers optimal pricing of vendor products and services that integrate with the company’s QicLinkTM claims administration platform used by TriZetto’s third-party administrator
customers. Because TelaDoc is a program partner, benefits administrators using QicLink may benefit from pre-integrated data feeds that deliver patient medical information to TelaDoc physicians in support of patient needs.

A return call from a doctor is guaranteed by TelaDoc within three hours, at which point the doctor provides a brief consultation and can advise members on their next step, which may include prescribing short-term
medication if appropriate — excluding DEA-controlled substances. The prescription is then called into the member’s pharmacy and the patient may pick it up immediately.
With the growing popularity of consumer-directed health plans, TelaDoc offers a quality, cost-effective delivery system for routine health care. Since TelaDoc consultations are provided for a flat fee, the TelaDoc service integrates well with most consumer-directed health plans. In addition, TelaDoc includes
an electronic health record that is available free of charge to both patients and physicians.
