March 5, 2015, MT KISCO, NY –– Leverage Health (LH) will be participating in the California Association of Health Plans’ (CAHP) seminar, Health Plan Provider Networks- Access, Quality, and Affordability, taking place on March 26 in Burlingame, CA. Executives from two companies in the Leverage Health portfolio will present on topics focused on the complexities of networks and tiers, the nuances of provider associations and challenges of delivering transparent, useful information in a flexible environment.
Participants at this CAHP seminar will learn about the importance of health plan network operations, regulatory obligations for network adequacy, the relationship between health plans and providers in developing networks and improving provider directories, and the consumer experience in weighing provider choice versus cost.
Leverage Health’s solution partners, VIIAD and RowdMap address these regulatory obligations by organizing and analyzing data about physicians and hospitals and delivering timely, accurate information to consumers and plan administrators in real time.
“Leverage Health is actively developing strategies to address health plans’ needs to optimize network management processes and we are excited to collaborate with a community of California health plans,” says Richard Lungen, managing member at Leverage Health. “The challenges being discussed at CAHP are relevant across the nation, and we are honored by the opportunity to help health plans solve them.”
